Mumbai, June 16, 2025: Shares of Belrise Industries Ltd saw significant investor interest from the start of the market session and were trading 5.65%, or ₹5.76, up at ₹107.70 at around 10:50 A.M. The surge in the share price follows the company’s robust Q4 performance, during which its net profit nearly sixfold.

Q4FY25 Performance Highlights

  • Net Profit: ₹110 crore, up 587% from ₹16 crore in Q4FY24
  • Revenue: ₹2,274 crore, marking a 49% increase from ₹1,526 crore year-on-year
  • EBITDA: ₹276 crore, rising 54.4% compared to ₹178.6 crore in the same quarter last year
  • EBITDA Margin: Improved slightly to 12.13% from 11.7%

Belrise Industries, a new entrant in the automotive components sector, made a stellar debut on the stock market on May 28, closing over 8% higher than its issue price of ₹90. The company’s ₹2,150 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) witnessed robust investor interest, being subscribed 41.30 times.

Belrise Industries specialises in manufacturing safety-critical systems and a wide range of engineering components. Its diversified clientele spans the automotive industry, catering to two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and agricultural vehicles.
