Mumbai, July 16, 2025 – Shares of Brigade Enterprises Ltd (NSE: BRIGADE) surged around 3.00% to ₹1,122.00 in morning trade today (11:40 IST), following the company’s announcement of a major expansion of its flexible office brand, BuzzWorks, in Hyderabad. This announcement enhances the company’s visibility of non-residential recurring revenue.
The new project focuses on providing leases to corporations in the IT hub, thereby enhancing the company’s credibility and improving flexSpace’s market positioning.

BuzzWorks Expands With 50,000 Sq. Ft. Centre in HITEC City
Brigade Enterprises announced the launch of a new BuzzWorks centre at Mindspace Business Park in HITEC City, Hyderabad. The 50,000 square foot facility will add 1,000 desks to BuzzWorks’ portfolio and marks the company’s second centre in the city.
Strategically located with direct access to the Raidurg Metro Station and proximity to major hubs like Gachibowli, the new centre offers amenities such as wellness rooms, collaborative spaces, and recreational zones. The design adopts a “ModZen” theme-blending Zen tranquillity with modern work culture dynamics.
