Hyderabad, July 5, 2025: Brightcom Group Ltd (NSE: BCG | BSE: 532368) has received official approval from both BSE and NSE to lift the suspension on trading of its equity shares, effective July 14, 2025.
In a regulatory filing addressed to the exchanges, Brightcom Group confirmed that the trading suspension, previously imposed due to non-compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, has now been formally revoked. The company emphasized that it has complied with all requisite regulatory norms, thereby clearing the path for re-entry into active trading.
