Dixon Technologies Posts Q1 Net Profit of Rs 663 Crore

New Delhi: Electronics manufacturing services firm Dixon Technologies has posted consolidated net profit of Rs 663.42 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company said on Friday.
The company had posted a profit of Rs 224.97 crore attributable to the owners of the firm in the same period a year ago.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 15,547.66 crore during the reported quarter. The company had posted revenue of Rs 12,835.66 crore in the June 2025 quarter.
“The financial figures for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 are not comparable with those of the corresponding quarter of the previous year and quarter of the current year due to the transfer of the lighting business to a joint venture company with effect from 01 August 2025,” the filing said.
Dixon in the filing, said that the holding company transferred its lighting business undertaking including the shares of its subsidiary, Dixon Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd, to Lightanium Technologies Pvt Ltd for a total consideration of Rs 140.30 crore with effect from August 1, 2025.
The transaction was executed as part of the joint venture arrangement, resulting in the holding company recognising a gain on sale of the undertaking and subsidiary shares amounting to Rs 21.88 crore and Rs 6.19 crore, respectively.
Signify Innovations India Ltd transferred its LED lighting manufacturing operations at Vadodara, Gujarat, to Lightanium Technologies as a going concern on a slump sale basis for a cash consideration of Rs 140.30 crore.
Following the completion of these transactions, both the holding company and Signify Innovations India Ltd each hold 50 per cent of the post-issue share capital of Lightanium Technologies.
