Mumbai, September 2, 2025: Donear Industries Limited has announced Saturday, September 20, 2025, as the record date for its ₹0.20 dividend payout per equity share of face value of ₹2 each for FY25. The dividend payout is waiting for shareholder approval, which is expected in the upcoming general meeting. Once approved, the dividend payout will be credited to shareholder accounts on or after September 27, 2025.
