Ex-Dividend Date for Arvind SmartSpaces’ FY25 Final Dividend Is July 25th

Ahmedabad, July 15 – Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd (NSE: ARVSMART, BSE: 539301) has declared July 25, 2025, as the record date or ex-dividend date for its ₹6 per share FY 2024–25 final dividend.
This ₹6 dividend on equity shares of face value ₹10 shall be recommended for approval by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM on August 8, 2025, with payment likely to be made on or after August 13, 2025. This year’s dividend is higher than the final dividend of ₹2.50 and a ₹1 special dividend that had been paid out in the last year.
The dividend disbursement is slated for on or after August 13, 2025, post-AGM approval, in line with the company’s dividend distribution schedule under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015.
