Glenmark Pharma Declares Interim Dividend of ₹2.50 Per Share for FY26

Mumbai, September 26, 2025: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced that it has declared an interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend payout was approved by its Board of Directors. The dividend payout will amount to ₹705.50 million, for which the company has fixed October 3, 2025, as the record date. The payout is now pending shareholders’ approval, and once approved, it will be distributed within 30 days of dividend declaration.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited is an Indian pharmaceutical company that develops and sells a wide range of drugs. It was established in 1977, and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol GLENMARK and on BSE with the code 532296.
