Mumbai, October 1: HEG Advanced Materials Limited has received a ₹127.35 crore order through its subsidiary Replus Engitech Private Limited for the supply of lithium-ion battery banks to Indus Towers Limited.

According to the exchange filing, Indus Towers, formerly known as Bharti Infratel Limited, has awarded the order to Replus Engitech, a subsidiary of HEG Advanced Materials. The contract is domestic in nature and carries a total value of ₹127.35 crore, inclusive of GST.

The order is to be executed on or before May 31, 2027, unless the timeline is extended through mutual agreement between the parties.

The stock was up ₹1.87, or 0.79%, at the time. Shares recovered from the day’s lower levels during the afternoon and moved back above ₹239.

The HEG Advanced Materials share price movement came as the company disclosed the ₹127.35 crore order received by its subsidiary from Indus Towers.

Order Covers Lithium-Ion Battery Banks

The contract involves the supply of lithium-ion battery banks to Indus Towers. The filing states that the general terms and conditions are as per the purchase order issued by the customer.

Replus Engitech is required to complete the supply by May 31, 2027. The deadline may be extended if both parties mutually agree to revised terms.

The company also disclosed that its promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in Indus Towers. The transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.

Replus Engitech Adds Telecom Battery Order

The latest contract expands Replus Engitech’s order activity in lithium-ion battery systems. The ₹127.35 crore order, including GST, represents a direct supply arrangement with Indus Towers and will be executed within the stipulated period.

HEG Advanced Materials disclosed the contract under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
