Hinduja Global Posts Rs. 1.7 Crore Loss in March Quarter

MUMBAI, May 29, 2025 – Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) has announced the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025, along with significant leadership changes.
Key Financial Highlights
Q4 FY25 (Consolidated)
- Total Income: ₹1,297.7 crore
- EBITDA: ₹279.2 crore (EBITDA Margin: 21.5%)
- Revenue from Operations: ₹1,161.1 crore
- PAT: ₹(1.7) crore (near break-even)
- Net Cash and Treasury Surplus: ₹5,167.8 crore as of March 31, 2025
FY25 (Consolidated)
- Total Income: ₹4,958.8 crore
- Revenue from Operations: ₹4,404.2 crore
- EBITDA: ₹811.8 crore (EBITDA Margin: 16.4%)
- PAT: ₹100.7 crore (includes gain from discontinued operations)
Leadership Transition
Group CEO Partha DeSarkar and CFO Srinivas Palakodeti are set to retire. Hence, the company’s board has approved the appointment of:
- Mr. Venkatesh Korla as Global Chief Executive Officer.
He has over 25 years of experience in digital services and tech-enabled customer experience (CX). He was the President & CEO of HGS Americas. - Mr. Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati as Global Chief Financial Officer.
A Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience in finance, Mahesh has led initiatives in IPO execution, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, and global treasury management.

- Client Expansion: 65+ existing clients expanded their engagement
- Active Client Base: 375 CX/Digital clients and 833 HRO/Payroll clients
- Employee Strength: 18,347 employees across 9 countries and 32 delivery centres
- Tech Expansion: Launched an AI Digital CX & Data Innovation Hub in Waterloo, Canada and a new tech services centre in Bengaluru
- Subsidiary Launch: HGS Digital Private Limited was established on April 1, 2025, to expand broadband and fibre connectivity services
