New Delhi, July 17, 2025 – Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (NSE: HUDCO, BSE: 540530), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, has approved the issuance of unsecured, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (Series‑D 2025)-aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore via private placement. The Bond Allotment Committee is set to meet on July 17, 2025, for allotment; allotment is expected the same day, with a face value of ₹1 lakh per NCD and a planned maturity on July 17, 2028.
