ICICI Prudential AMC Profit Rises 23 PC to Rs 965 Cr in April-June

New Delhi: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company on Monday reported a 23 per cent year-on-year jump in its profit after tax to Rs 964.63 crore for the June quarter, aided by higher income.

The company had posted a profit after tax of Rs 783.64 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Total income during the reporting quarter rose 18 per cent to Rs 1,745 crore compared with Rs 1,477.52 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.

During the latest April-June quarter, the company paid a final dividend of Rs 12.4 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2026, as approved by its shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held last month.

Shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company settled 1.56 per cent higher at Rs 3209.55 apiece on the BSE.
