Mumbai, 30 June 2025: IDBI Bank Ltd. witnessed a strong upward movement in its share price on Monday, climbing 2.75% to ₹104.11 by early afternoon. The stock reached an intraday high of ₹106.32, coming close to its 52-week high of ₹107.90 recorded on 29 July 2024. This increase aligns with growing investor optimism surrounding the nearing completion of the bank’s disinvestment.

Government Clears Key Stage in Disinvestment Process

With this step completed, financial bids for the stake are expected to be invited by September. This development is seen as a major advancement in the bank’s long-pending strategic disinvestment, which has been closely monitored by the markets.
