Indian equity markets in red; most other Asian markets in green

Indian equity markets started the day in red today, 3rd June, 2025. At 10:10 a.m. Indian standard time, Nifty 50 is down by 63.35 points or 0.26%. Sensex is down by 261.03 points or 0.32%. Top gainers at Nifty 50 at this time are Eternal, M&M, Shriram Finance. Top losers are Coal India, Apollo Hospitals and Kotak Bank.
Some microcap stocks gaining
Among broad market indices at NSE, Nifty 100 is the top loser at this time. It is down by 0.19%. Nifty microcap 250 index is the top gainer at this time. It is up by 0.51%. Among sectoral indices, Nifty Realty index is the top gainer today. It is up by 0.67%. Nifty private bank index is the top loser, down by 0.78%.
Market breadth positive
Market breadth is significantly positive at NSE today. 1602 stocks are advancing, 949 stocks are declining, and 75 stocks remain unchanged at this time.
Indian markets have opened today not in line with other Asian markets. Most other Asian markets opened today in green and are still trading in green. At this time Nikkei 225 is up by 47.72 points or 0.13%. Hang Seng is up by 262.39 points or 1.13%.
