Mumbai September, 03: Inox Wind Limited has secured a repeat 100 MW turnkey order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Indian Oil), with an approximate contract value of ₹755 crore, according to an exchange disclosure on September 3, 2026.
The order covers the end-to-end execution of the wind power project, including the supply of wind turbine generators, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project execution and post-commissioning operations and maintenance services.
The contract also includes O&M services for a period of 10 years. This makes the order broader than a standalone equipment supply contract, with Inox Wind remaining involved through the operational phase of the project.
The company said the repeat order strengthens its relationship with Indian Oil and adds another public sector customer to its growing order pipeline.
Stock Market Snapshot
The Inox Wind share price stood at ₹71.09 as of 9:22 AM IST on September 3, 2026, up ₹0.50, or 0.71%, from the previous close of ₹70.59.
The stock opened at ₹71.90 and moved to a high of ₹72.17 before easing to ₹71.05. The shares were trading above the previous close at the time of the market update.
The early price movement came shortly after the company disclosed the new Indian Oil order, with the market also tracking the size and multi-year service component of the contract.

Order Adds To Inox Wind’s Turnkey Wind Energy Business
Under the contract, Inox Wind will handle the project from equipment supply through construction and commissioning. The scope includes wind turbine generators as well as engineering, procurement and construction activities.
The 10-year O&M component gives the company a longer engagement with the project after commissioning. Such contracts provide a continuing service component alongside the initial project execution.
Inox Wind said the order further diversifies its customer base across commercial and industrial customers, public sector undertakings and independent power producers.
Repeat IOC Order Strengthens Customer Relationship
The latest contract follows an earlier business relationship between Inox Wind and Indian Oil, making the new award a repeat order from one of India’s major public sector companies.
The company said the repeat business reflects customer confidence in its integrated wind energy capabilities. Its offering covers the project lifecycle, from turbine manufacturing and supply through EPC execution and long-term O&M.
For Inox Wind, the order also adds visibility to its execution pipeline while expanding its exposure to India’s clean-energy transition.
Inox Wind Builds Integrated Wind Energy Platform
Inox Wind is a wind energy solutions provider serving IPPs, PSUs, corporate investors and other customers. Its operations span wind turbine manufacturing, project execution, EPC services and O&M.
The company has manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh, with production capabilities covering its wind turbine platforms. Its operations are supported by Inox Green Energy Services, which provides renewable energy O&M services.
The broader group also has capabilities across renewable power projects and related infrastructure, giving Inox Wind an integrated position across several stages of wind project development.
Conclusion
Inox Wind has secured a repeat 100 MW turnkey order from Indian Oil Corporation with an estimated contract value of ₹755 crore.
The order includes turbine supply, EPC and project execution, along with 10 years of post-commissioning O&M services. It therefore adds both project execution and longer-term service revenue opportunities to the company’s business pipeline.
The Inox Wind share price was at ₹71.09, up 0.71%, as of 9:22 AM IST on September 3, 2026.
