Krystal Integrated Services Shares Surge on Winning ₹157 Crore Twin Orders from Delhi Directorate of Education

Mumbai, October 6, 2025: Krystal Integrated Services Ltd (BSE: 544149) shares surged by approximately by nearly 3%, after the company announced that it has won twin mandates with an approximate value of ₹157 crore from the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Mumbai, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd is a leading provider of integrated facility management solutions. Its service portfolio spans healthcare, education, government administration, transport infrastructure, and retail. The company’s client base expanded from 262 in FY21 to 461 in FY25, with operations across 3,209 locations nationwide.
Contract Overview
The twin deals are for sanitation and security services in institutions of learning run by the Directorate of Education, for a period of two years from October 16, 2025, to October 15, 2027.
This agreement includes a daily cleaning and maintenance activity throughout classrooms, washrooms, libraries, building facades, outdoor spaces, and stadiums. The activities shall be undertaken using trained human resources, mechanized cleaning machines, and green cleaners to ensure hygiene throughout the school chain.
As part of the “Security Manpower Services 2.0” initiative, Krystal will deploy more than 1,100 trained, unarmed security personnel within educational institutions, offices, and Directorate premises. The range of services includes access control, surveillance, incident response, and round-the-clock monitoring to keep campuses safe.
Financials & Market Reaction
As of 1:26 pm IST, the shares of Krystal Integrated Services were trading at ₹633.95, higher by 2.81% from the close of ₹616.60. The stock opened at ₹657.65 and rose to a high of ₹658.00 during the day. In larger financials, Krystal announced in Q1 FY26 a consolidated net profit increase of 7.5 % led by a revenue growth of 25.6 % (₹323.08 crore) over Q1 FY25.
