Mahindra EPC Secures ₹3.30 Crore Irrigation Contract; Shares Slip 0.35%

Mahindra EPC Irrigation secured a ₹3.30 crore domestic micro irrigation systems contract, while shares traded lower in morning trade on May 20, 2026.

Mumbai, May 20: Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd said it has received a contract for supply of micro pressurised irrigation systems under a community micro irrigation project.
The company informed stock exchanges that the order was awarded by the Office of the Executive Engineer, Water Resource Division, according to the regulatory filing on Wednesday.
As per the disclosure, the contract involves supply of micro pressurised irrigation systems covering 80 hectares. The order is domestic in nature.
The company stated that the execution timeline for the contract is 11 months from the date of site handover. The aggregate order value stands at approximately ₹3.30 crore, inclusive of GST.
Mahindra EPC Irrigation further clarified in the exchange filing that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
The filing added that the company received the order on Tuesday.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation share price traded marginally lower despite the contract announcement during early market hours on Wednesday.
As of 9:54 AM IST, the stock traded at ₹118.20 on the National Stock Exchange, down ₹0.42 or 0.35% from the previous close of ₹118.62, according to exchange data.
The Mahindra EPC Irrigation share price moved between an early high of ₹119.57 and a low of ₹116.81 during the session after opening at ₹116.81.
