Mumbai, July 15, 2025 – Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd (NSE: M&MFIN, BSE: 532720) has successfully allotted ₹100.01 crore worth of listed, secured, rated, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis under Series AB2025. The NCDs are listed on BSE Wholesale Debt Market Segment.

The NCDs were allotted based on successful bids received through the BSE Bond – Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platform. The pricing was determined by investor bids, allowing issuance at both par and premium levels. The raised capital will support the company’s ongoing funding requirements.
The allotment complies with Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Relevant disclosures under SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, were provided in Mahindra Finance’s earlier filing on July 10, 2025.
