Mumbai, July 18, 2025 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (NSE: MAHLIFE | BSE: 532313) announced today that its subsidiary, Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Osaka Prefecture Government and the Osaka Industrial Development Bureau. The partnership aims to facilitate the entry of Japanese businesses into India, particularly in the industrial sector.

The industrial segment has seen steady traction, with multiple Japanese firms already operational at Origins Chennai. Mahindra Lifespaces continues to strengthen project-level partnerships and regulatory facilitation, boosting client acquisition and operational scalability in line with India’s manufacturing-led growth agenda.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Share Price Performance

As of market close on July 18, Mahindra Lifespace Developers ended at ₹383.75, up 4.32% from the previous close. The stock registered a VWAP of ₹377.87 with a turnover of ₹1.78 crore and traded between ₹362.20 and ₹386.20 during the session.
