Mumbai, July 18, 2025 – Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (NSE: MAHLIFE | BSE: 532313) announced today that its subsidiary, Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Osaka Prefecture Government and the Osaka Industrial Development Bureau. The partnership aims to facilitate the entry of Japanese businesses into India, particularly in the industrial sector.
The industrial segment has seen steady traction, with multiple Japanese firms already operational at Origins Chennai.
