₹43.52 Crore LOI Covers Complete Power Distribution System

The larger component of the newly disclosed business is the ₹43.52 crore LOI from DXDC Chennai Private Limited.

The scope covers supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a power distribution system. Delivery is scheduled over four to five months.

Since the announcement is an LOI rather than a confirmed order, the ₹43.52 crore should be treated separately from Marine Electricals’ confirmed order value until the underlying contract is finalised.

Micron Semiconductor Order Worth ₹37.25 Crore

Marine Electricals has also received a confirmed ₹37.25 crore order, excluding taxes, from Micron Semiconductor Technology India Private Limited.

The contract involves the supply of a power distribution system and carries the same four-to-five-month delivery window.

The order adds to Marine Electricals’ business with the semiconductor sector, where reliable and specialised power distribution infrastructure is an important part of industrial facility development.

New Orders Add Near-Term Execution Visibility

Together, the LOI and confirmed order represent ₹80.77 crore of newly disclosed business.

The delivery schedules for both assignments are relatively short, at four to five months. This provides the company with defined near-term execution activity across power distribution projects.

Marine Electricals has not disclosed further technical details about the systems or the individual project locations in the exchange filing.

Marine Electricals Builds Power Distribution Business

Marine Electricals operates across electrical and power infrastructure, with capabilities spanning power distribution systems and related electrical equipment.

The company serves industrial and infrastructure customers where power distribution forms a critical part of project execution.

The latest business wins add to its order flow from both data centre-related infrastructure and semiconductor manufacturing, although the filing itself does not provide further details on the specific end-use of either project.

Order Mix Includes LOI And Confirmed Contract

The ₹80.77 crore headline figure comprises two different stages of business.

The ₹37.25 crore order from Micron Semiconductor Technology India is a confirmed order, while the ₹43.52 crore assignment from DXDC Chennai is currently an LOI.

Both are domestic assignments and have a stated delivery period of four to five months. The distinction between the two is relevant when assessing Marine Electricals’ executable order pipeline.

Conclusion

Marine Electricals has secured new power distribution business worth ₹80.77 crore, comprising a ₹43.52 crore LOI from DXDC Chennai and a confirmed ₹37.25 crore order from Micron Semiconductor Technology India.

Both assignments involve power distribution systems, with delivery scheduled over four to five months. The latest contracts add to the company’s near-term project execution pipeline.

The Marine Electricals share price was at ₹434, up 0.84%, as of 11:58 AM IST on September 4, 2026, after touching a session high of around ₹442.50.
