New Delhi, May 25, 2025- Maruti Suzuki India Limited (NSE: MARUTI), the country’s largest passenger car maker, has informed stock exchanges that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has scheduled the next hearing in the ongoing Competition Commission of India (CCI) matter for July 15, 2025.
This disclosure follows Maruti Suzuki’s earlier communication dated May 14, 2025, and was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
“This is in furtherance to our letter dated 14th May 2025, regarding the CCI matter. We would like to inform you that National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has notified the next date of hearing and the case is listed on 15th July 2025,” the company stated in its regulatory filing.
