Idea led the list of the most active equities by trading volume on June 29, 2026, followed by YES Bank, Tata Gold Exchange, Suzlon Energy and Vikran Engineering.
Mumbai, June 29: Idea, YES Bank, Tata Gold Exchange, Suzlon Energy and Vikran Engineering were among the most actively traded stocks on Indian exchanges on Monday, as investors remained active across telecom, banking, renewable energy and industrial counters.
According to exchange data, Idea topped the volume chart with more than 32.38 crore shares traded during the session. YES Bank followed with 10.87 crore shares, while Tata Gold Exchange recorded a volume of 5.27 crore shares. Suzlon Energy and Vikran Engineering rounded out the top five, each witnessing trading of over 4 crore shares.

Share Price Performance
The day’s biggest gain among the high-volume counters came from Saksoft, which rallied 9.59% to ₹175.83. Vikran Engineering also saw strong buying interest, climbing 7.10% to ₹75.23, while C C Avenue gained 4.73%.
Among the top traded stocks, Idea rose 1.00% to ₹14.20, YES Bank advanced 1.29% to ₹25.19, Tata Gold Exchange added 1.78%, and Suzlon Energy edged up 0.19%.
On the losing side, HFCL fell 4.14%, Aurigrow declined 3.23%, Ola Electric Mobility slipped 2.70%, and Motherson lost 2.46%.
The Idea share price remained in focus throughout the session after the stock emerged as the most actively traded counter by volume.
Market Activity
Several other stocks also witnessed healthy trading volumes during the session, including Jaiprakash Power Ventures, Ashok Leyland, IFCI, HDFC Bank, Canara Bank, Meesho and Eternal.
