Inox Wind

INOXGFL Group, emerged as a successful bidder for the acquisition of the IPP and O&M businesses of Wind World India through the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved resolution process. Inox Green Energy Inox Clean Energy, through its subsidiary, to acquire Wind World’s 600 MW operational IPP portfolio. Wind World India, directly and through its subsidiaries, has a combined installed IPP capacity of approximately 600 MW, with wind farms spread across seven key wind-rich states: Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh.

Inox Green Energy Services to acquire Wind World’s 4.5 GW wind O&M business .Wind World India’s O&M portfolio stands at nearly 4.5 GW, servicing a marquee client base that includes leading corporates such as the Tata Group, ReNew, Greenko Group, Apraava Energy and Hindustan Zinc, amongst others.

ABB India

For the quarter ended December 2025, firm’s revenue rose 5.7% year-on-year to Rs 3,557 crore. However, net profit declined 18% to Rs 433 crore from Rs 528 crore a year earlier. Its profitability was affected by higher material costs, forex, QCO-related imported material usage, and Labor Code impact, which was partly offset through commodity hedging and efficiency gains

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance 

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance faces a significant tax demand of Rs 984 crore. An appellate order upheld the demand, which relates to input tax credit reversal. The company plans to file a further appeal. Despite the large sum, ICICI Prudential Life states there is no immediate impact. This development concerns tax liabilities from July 2017 to July 2022.

Mahindra & Mahindra

Embraer and Mahindra are planning to establish Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul capabilities in India for the C-390 Millennium aircraft. This move is contingent on the aircraft being selected for the Indian Air Force’s Medium Transport Aircraft program. The collaboration aims to support local servicing, create jobs, and boost India’s aerospace sector.

Reliance Inds

Reliance Jio to invest Rs 10 lakh crore in AI over seven years. The company to build India’s sovereign AI compute infrastructure and also company launches AI tools for education, healthcare, and agriculture.

DCX Systems

DCX Systems Limited has received purchase orders worth approximately Rs 44.06 crore from domestic and international customers for the manufacture and supply of cable and wire harness assemblies.

ACME Solar Holdings

ACME Urja One Private Limited has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) for 190 MW ISTS connected wind solar hybrid Power project with assured Peak Power supply, with SECI Limited (“SECI”). Scheduled commercial operation date (SCOD)– 27.02.2028 Project tenure– 25 years from the date of signing of PPA at a tariff of Rs. 4.72 per unit.

Waaree Energies

The firm is in discussions with the Andhra government and other states to set up a proposed greenfield battery manufacturing facility involving an investment of over Rs 8,000 crore.

Federal Bank

The bank received orders from the Income Tax Department for a refund of Rs 686 Crore, including interest, for the tax assessment years from 2011-12 (Apr-Mar) to 2013-14.

RailTel Corporation

The public sector undertaking (PSU) has secured an order worth about Rs 35.6 crore for a railway signalling project after receiving a Letter of Acceptance from the Deputy Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd

The rail solution provider signed a joint venture shareholders’ agreement with Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) to formalise their strategic partnership aimed at strengthening India’s rail manufacturing capabilities and expanding their global infrastructure footprint.

UPL Ltd

The firm informed that its Rights Issue Committee has forfeited and cancelled 2,64,278 partly paid-up equity shares of Rs 2 each, following the non-payment of call money

GHV Infra Projects

The infra firm has received a Rs 123 crore work order from Enmas EPC Power for the supply of rooftop solar plants.

Pace Digitek Ltd

The company has received an Advance Letter of Award worth Rs 890.69 million (including GST) from RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL) for supply, installation and commissioning of an IP based video surveillance system in LHB coaches.

CIE Automotive India

The automotive firm reported a 10.4% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the third quarter, with earnings rising to Rs 204.3 crore compared with Rs 185 crore in the same period last year.

Novartis India

Promoter Novartis AG has entered into an agreement for the sale of its 70.68 percent stake in its Indian subsidiary, Novartis India, to WaveRise Investments, ChrysCapital Fund X, and Two Infinity Partners. As part of the deal, these acquirers have agreed to purchase 1.74 crore shares of Novartis India from Novartis AG.

Zydus Lifesciences

The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a Pre Approval Inspection (PAI) for injectable medical devices at the company’s Unit 9 facility located at Zydus Biotech Park, Ahmedabad, during February 16–19. The regulator closed the inspection with nil observations.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies

The company acquires a 49% stake in Himanshi Thermal Solutions from DefSpace Tech.

ADF Foods

The company enters into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Fourth Partner Energy to procure 2MW of renewable power for its Gujarat unit.

Prestige Estates Projects

The company issues a corporate guarantee of Rs 450 crore for a loan taken by its arm, Prestige Projects Pvt Ltd.

Midwest Gold

The company approves the issuance of 10 lakh shares at Rs 2,000 per share to promoter and non-promoter categories
