Zydus gets No Action Indicated in its US FDA inspection report

Company has received EIR report from the US FDA for inspection conducted at its API manufacturing facility at Ankleshwar. This facility underwent an inspection from 10th to 14th March 2025, and the inspection has been classified as No Action Indicated (NAI). The US FDA has concluded that this inspection is closed.

Hindustan Copper to invest Rs 2,000 crore over the next 5-6 years

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) announced plans to invest approximately Rs 2,000 crore over the next 5-6 years. The company aims to expand its mine capacity from the current 3.5 MTPA to 12.20 MTPA by FY31.

Dilip Buildcon, Sterlite enter into agreement with BSNL

Sterlite Technologies, through its Global Services Business (the demerged business vertical), in consortium with Dilip Buildcon , has entered into an Agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL). The agreement pertains to the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the middle-mile network under BharatNet for the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Telecom Circles. The value of the project is Rs 2631.14 crore.

Nazara Technologies’ independent directors find open offer fair and reasonable

Nazara Technologies Ltd. said its Committee of Independent Directors has reviewed and recommended the ongoing open offer by Axana Estates LLP, Plutus Wealth Management LLP, and Junomoneta Finsol Pvt. Ltd. as fair and reasonable. The committee evaluated the offer price of Rs 990 per share under SEBI’s Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers (SAST) Regulations and shared its findings through an exchange filing.

NIBE gets new order of Rs 23.33 crore

Company has received a purchase order from one of the leading Infra and Defence Company for Supply of Armor Plate MIL12560 (ARMOUR) for a total consideration of Rs 23.33 crore (incl. of all taxes). The order is to be executed over the next 10 months.

Waaree subsidiary gets new order

Waaree Energies said its wholly-owned subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas has secured an order for the supply of 599 MW solar modules. The company said it received the order from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the US. The delivery of the module supply is scheduled to take place in the calendar year 2026.

Lemon Tree Hotels to start new hotel in Mhow, MP

Lemon Tree Hotels announces its latest signing — Lemon Tree Premier, Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. It will feature 72 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant and others. The Indore Airport, the nearest airport, is approximately 30 kms from the property. Indore Railway Station is about 29 kms away from the property. The resort is also wellconnected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport.
