Mumbai, June 27, 2025 — The Nifty Capital Markets Index advanced sharply in early trade on Friday, gaining 60 points or 1.28% to hit 4,733.30, driven by broad-based buying across all 15 constituents. The rally comes amid strong momentum in depository, exchange, wealth management, and AMC counters.

Segment Analysis & Outlook

Depository participants like CDSL and KFIN Technologies outperformed on robust quarterly disclosures and favorable investor sentiment. CAMS and Nuvama Wealth also extended gains on growing AUM and increasing retail participation in mutual funds.

Meanwhile, exchange-linked counters such as MCXBSE, and IEX saw mild upticks, maintaining strong medium-term returns with MCX up 132% YoY.

Asset managers including HDFC AMCUTI AMC, and ABSL AMC traded steady, reflecting stable inflows and SIP trends.
