Nifty100 Liquid 15 Gains 1.01% as Financial Majors Rally; Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Finance Lead

Mumbai, June 26, 2025 – The Nifty100 Liquid 15 index climbed 1.01% to close at 7,145.90 on Thursday, driven by strength in key financial and telecom stocks. The index touched a day high of 7,161.30, moving within a narrow range from its opening level of 7,087.95, as market breadth remained positive with 11 advancing and 4 declining stocks.

Top Contributors
Bharti Airtel surged 2.04% to ₹2,005.70, briefly touching a new 52-week high of ₹2,009.90 before settling just below the mark. The stock now trades within 0.2% of its all-time high, supported by strong telecom demand and resilient earnings.
Bajaj Finance advanced 2.10% to ₹947.50 amid renewed buying interest in NBFCs. Similarly, Shriram Finance rose 2.84% to ₹694.30, posting a healthy 30-day gain of 1.6%.
Reliance Industries, another heavyweight, gained 1.68% to ₹1,491.90, supporting the broader market’s upward movement. Despite recent underperformance, the stock is slowly recouping losses.
Tata Steel and Adani Enterprises added 1.20% and 1.42% respectively, benefiting from global cues and improving domestic demand outlook.
Decliners
Among the few laggards, Kotak Mahindra Bank slipped marginally by 0.02%, Maruti Suzuki dropped 0.31%, and Trent Ltd ended lower by 0.38%. SBI also dipped 0.66% to ₹794.80.
Market Outlook
With Bharti Airtel and Reliance pushing the index closer to its 52-week high, the Nifty100 Liquid 15 is now just 0.83% away from reclaiming that level. Continued momentum in high-FMF stocks and financial majors could sustain the rally.
