Mumbai, June 2: Vodafone Idea, JP Power Ventures and NHPC emerged as the most actively traded stocks on the main board by volume as of 16:00 IST on Monday, according to exchange data.

Vodafone Idea topped the activity chart with more than 54.15 crore shares changing hands during the session. JP Power Ventures followed with trading volume of 27.57 crore shares, while NHPC recorded turnover of 21.24 crore shares. The list reflected continued investor interest in power, telecom and infrastructure-linked counters.

Among the actively traded stocks, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise stood out with an 8.62% gain, while IFCI advanced 6.95%. In contrast, NHPC declined 6.83%, making it one of the weakest performers among the most active counters despite heavy trading activity.
