Nykaa Allots 4.78 Lakh Equity Shares Under ESOP

Mumbai, July 24, 2025 – FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd (NSE: NYKAA, BSE: 543384), the parent company of beauty and lifestyle retailer Nykaa, has allotted 4,77,950 equity shares to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOPs).
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on July 24, 2025.
