Omaxe Shares Spike More than 10% on Subsidiary's Raise of ₹19 Crore through NCDs

New Delhi, August 29, 2025: Omaxe Limited (NSE: OMAXE, BSE: 532880) jumped in early trade today, rising 10.57% to ₹93.01, following its step-down subsidiary Bhanu Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. raising ₹19 crore through an issue of debentures by way of private placement.

NCD Allotment: 1,900 Senior Secured Redeemable Debentures of ₹1 Lakh Each Fully Subscribed 

The Board of Bhanu Infrabuild approved the allotment of 1,900 Senior Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), each with a face value of ₹1 lakh, raising a total of ₹19 crore. The entire issue was subscribed by OCM India Opportunities XII Alternate Investment Fund – Scheme I. Proceeds from the issue align with the company’s funding strategy and corporate objectives.
