Pace Digitek Ltd Wins ₹264.65 Crore BharatNet Project From Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited

Mumbai, May 20: Pace Digitek Ltd said it has secured a ₹264.65 crore contract from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for BharatNet network deployment work in the Sikkim Telecom Circle, according to a regulatory filing filed with stock exchanges.

The contract is tied to the government-backed BharatNet programme, which aims to expand high-speed broadband connectivity across rural and remote regions of India.

According to the company, the project includes design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation and maintenance of the middle-mile network infrastructure in Sikkim.

The total contract value stands at ₹2,646.50 million, including GST.

Pace Digitek Ltd said the project is expected to be executed over 1,095 days from the appointed date, giving the company a multi-year execution pipeline in the telecom infrastructure segment.

The company also clarified that the order does not involve related party transactions and that promoter group entities have no interest in the awarding authority.
