Mumbai, September 26, 2025 – The share price of penny stock Harshil Agrotech Ltd (BSE: 505336) climbed sharply following the news that the company has won a ₹113 crore purchase order from Ahmedabad-based Heera Merchants. The stock gained 4.44% to ₹0.94 in midday trade before closing in red.

This order is for supply of vegetables and grains such as wheat, potato, onion, hybrid tomato, fresh green chilli, and a mix of brinjal/capsicum. Deliveries are to be made within 45 days, and shipments are to be made to Ahmedabad APMC and cold storages identified by the buyer. Payment is to be made 30% in advance within seven working days on confirmation of order and the balance 70% on delivery and inspection.

Stock Performance & Closing Price

Harshil Agrotech shares closed at ₹0.86 down 4.44% on September 25, 2025. In intraday trade on September 26, the stock’s high and low both were ₹0.94. It has been in a 52-week band of ₹0.82 to ₹11.79, showing volatility characteristic of penny stocks. The market cap of the company stands at about ₹66.85 crore. The stock is now under ASM Stage 1 watch, meaning the exchange is closely monitoring the price volatility.

Order Importance

Management termed the purchase order operationally important, anticipating it would meaningfully increase near-term revenues, subject to smooth execution and quality clearances. The order fits Harshil Agrotech’s core business of trading and processing of agri commodities, supporting its strategy for growing market presence, said Managing Director Pankajkumar Patel.

Gujarat-based Harshil Agrotech Ltd deals in the processing and trading of vegetables, grains, and other agro-commodities. It is listed on the BSE and remains committed to enhancing its supply chain, especially in fresh vegetables and grains, and using large orders to fuel revenue expansion.
