New Delhi: Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd on Tuesday said it has acquired 100 per cent equity of Gloind Vintage Infra for an enterprise value of Rs 519 crore.
In a regulatory filing, the company informed that its subsidiary Prestige Retail Ventures has acquired 100 per cent of the equity share capital of Gloind Vintage Infra Pvt Ltd.
The acquisition has been done from DSFF Series 2, a scheme of Dickey Special Situation Investment Trust, and Jasbir Singh, pursuant to a Securities Purchase Agreement dated November 3, 2026.
