Promoter Group of Jain irrigation increases stake through conversion of warrants; stock price up

Mumbai | May 26, 2025 – In a move reinforcing long-term commitment, Stock and Securities India Pvt. Ltd. (SSIPL), a constituent of the promoter group of Jain Irrigation Systems Limited (BSE: 500219, NSE: JISLDVREQS), has converted warrants into equity, acquiring 1,63,21,607 ordinary shares through a preferential allotment. The transaction, completed on May 22, 2025, has been formally disclosed in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI’s Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers (SAST) Regulations, 2011. At 2:20 p.m. its stock price was up by 0.88% at Rs 57.40.

As a result of the allotment, the company’s equity share capital has increased from ₹67.38 crore to ₹69.01 crore, taking the fully diluted share capital to ₹71.65 crore.
