Mumbai, June 8 — Ram Ratna Wires Ltd (NSE: RAMRAT) has scheduled a Board Meeting on June 16, 2025, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, updated to reflect the amalgamation of Global Copper Private Limited. The company had earlier declared FY25 results on May 29, 2025, before giving effect to the merger.
The new set of consolidated and standalone financials will include the operational and financial impact of the absorbed entity.
