Record Date for Eveready Final Dividend for FY25 Is July 29th

Kolkata, July 10, 2025 – Eveready Industries India Ltd (NSE: EVEREADY | BSE: 531508) has fixed Tuesday, July 29, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for its final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (30%) for FY 2024–25.
The dividend, recommended by the Board of Directors, will be payable on or after August 9, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 90th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 4:30 PM IST, to be held via video conferencing.

As per the Finance Act 2020, the dividend will be taxable in the hands of shareholders, and the company shall deduct tax at source under applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
