Record Date for FY 25 Final Dividend of Associated Alcohols Is 25th July

Mumbai, July 14 – Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd (NSE: ASALCBR, BSE: 507526) has announced Friday, July 25, 2025, as the record date for its proposed final dividend of ₹2 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The final dividend, amounting to 20% on the face value of ₹10 per equity share, is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon approval, the dividend will be disbursed post-AGM, with applicable tax deductions at source.
The share opened strong and reached a day’s high of ₹1201 within the first few minutes of today’s trade. However, it closed at ₹1,168 (2.43% down from the previous day’s close).
