Rolta India Penalised ₹1.06 Lakh by NSE for Compliance Lapse Under SEBI Regulation 6

MUMBAI, May 21, 2025 — Rolta India Ltd (BSE: 500366 | NSE: ROLTA) has disclosed that it has received a notice from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) imposing a penalty of ₹1,06,200 for non-compliance with Regulation 6 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

According to the company’s stock exchange filing dated May 21, the fine comprises a base amount of ₹90,000 along with ₹16,200 in GST. The non-compliance pertains to the company’s failure to appoint a Company Secretary as its Compliance Officer for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

In its official communication, the company stated that it is in the process of resolving the compliance lapse and intends to make the necessary submission to the stock exchanges shortly.
