MUMBAI, May 21, 2025 — Rolta India Ltd (BSE: 500366 | NSE: ROLTA) has disclosed that it has received a notice from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) imposing a penalty of ₹1,06,200 for non-compliance with Regulation 6 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

According to the company’s stock exchange filing dated May 21, the fine comprises a base amount of ₹90,000 along with ₹16,200 in GST. The non-compliance pertains to the company’s failure to appoint a Company Secretary as its Compliance Officer for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
