Bengaluru, September 22, 2025 – Rossell Techsys Limited (NSE: ROSSTECH, BSE: 544294) shares hit an all-time high of ₹832 today, rising by 11% in the morning trade before settling 6.11%. The gain follows the company’s news on a major long-term contract with Boeing to deliver electrical panel assemblies for the T-7A Red Hawk advanced pilot training aircraft. The market participants responded positively, and the stock price moved to its record high.

At 12:47 p.m. IST, Rossell Techsys traded at ₹796.30 gaining ₹45.85 from the previous close. The stock recorded a total traded volume of 708,173 shares and has a current market capitalization of around ₹3,011 crore. Its 52-week range is ₹231.15 to ₹832.00, indicating the dramatic recovery and sharp upward movement the stock has seen in the last year. The stock continues to trade well above its key moving averages, indicating continued bullish momentum.
Boeing Contract Details
Rossell Techsys has entered into an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Boeing to deliver up to 1,200 shipsets of electrical panel assemblies to the T-7A Red Hawk through 2033. This follows a prior IDIQ contract for wire harness assemblies to the same aircraft platform. Since 2013, Rossell has provided more than 160,000 assemblies on several defense aircraft programs, such as the F/A-18 Super Hornet, F-15 Eagle, AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook, V-22 Osprey, P-8 Poseidon, and KC-46 Pegasus.
Financial Performance
Rossell Techsys has released solid financial numbers, including a trailing twelve-months earnings per share of ₹4.04 and P/E ratio of 197.74. Its book value per share of ₹32.27 has a paltry dividend yield of 0.03%. The debt-to-equity ratio of the company is 1.80, indicating manageable leverage and funding for expansion plans. The stock has risen 106.96% in the past three months and 78.45% so far this year, well outpacing the general market.
Strategic Outlook
The firm is looking to grow its aerospace and defense business and aims to double defense aircraft-related revenue to 15% within three to five years. Rossell Techsys possesses strategic contracts worth about ₹2,500 crore and firm purchase orders of over ₹700 crore, showing a strong order book and good growth potential in the defense manufacturing industry.
