Siddhi Cotspin IPO Subscribed 2.15 Times on Day 1; QIBs Lead Bidding

Ahmedabad, September 19, 2025 — The ₹69 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Siddhi Cotspin Limited received a healthy response on Day 1, attracting bids for 1.25 crore shares against the issue size of 58.20 lakh shares, translating into a subscription of 2.15 times as of 4:15 PM on September 19, 2025.

The Siddhi Cotspin Ltd IPO received a decent response on the first day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 2.15 times by September 19, 2025 (4:15 PM). A total of 491 applications have been received so far.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category led the demand, subscribed 6.38 times with bids for 39.19 lakh shares against 6.14 lakh shares reserved. The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) segment was subscribed 5.61 times, driven largely by big NIIs, which saw 9.50 times subscription.
However, the retail investor portion showed weak participation, subscribed only 0.29 times, as investors bid for 11.20 lakh shares against 38.71 lakh on offer. In total, investors applied for 1.25 crore shares against the 58.20 lakh shares available, translating to an overall subscription of 2.15 times on Day 1.
Outlook
With the IPO set to remain open until September 23, 2025, momentum is expected to build further, especially from retail investors in the coming sessions. The company aims to raise ₹69 crore through a mix of fresh issue and offer for sale, with listing scheduled for September 26, 2025, on NSE Emerge.
