Mumbai April, 10: Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited has picked up a ₹2,10,27,600 order from Anurag Impex for the supply of brass scrap honey, the company said in its exchange disclosure.

The company expects to complete delivery within seven days. That short timeline tells its own story. This is not a long-cycle infrastructure order, but a working capital-driven transaction typical of the scrap and recycling trade.

There are no governance overhangs here. The company has confirmed that the deal is not linked to any related party, and promoter group entities have no interest in the counterparty. The disclosure follows Regulation 30 requirements and aligns with the SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023.

Stock Market Snapshot

Even with fresh business coming in, Siyaram Recycling Industries share price did not find support.

The stock closed at ₹38.00, down ₹0.10 or 0.26% as of 3:30 pm IST on April 10, 2026, according to exchange data. Through the day, the movement remained narrow. No sharp spikes. No strong follow-through buying.

A Business Built On Volume, Not Headlines

Siyaram Recycling Industries operates in a segment where scale comes from consistency rather than one-off wins.

The company deals in non-ferrous scrap, including brass, supplying processed material to industrial users. Demand here is closely tied to manufacturing activity and commodity cycles. Orders tend to be frequent, smaller in size, and quick to execute.

In that context, this contract fits neatly into the company’s regular operating rhythm. Useful, necessary, but not defining.

Incremental Addition, Limited Market Impact

The ₹2.10 crore order adds to near-term revenue and keeps business flow active. It supports utilisation, turnover, and cash cycle continuity.

But from a market perspective, the bar is higher. Investors tracking Siyaram Recycling Industries share price are likely looking for either larger contracts, stronger margins, or sustained volume expansion before assigning higher value.
