SSWL Fixes September 30 As The Record Date For Its Final Dividend of ₹1.25

Chandigarh, September 22, 2025: Steel Strips Wheels Limited has announced that it has fixed September 30 as the record date for its final dividend of ₹1.25. It has also scheduled its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The record date is the date on which a company checks its shareholder list to determine the shareholders eligible for its dividend payout. The remote e-voting will start on September 27 and will end on September 29. The company will seek shareholders’ approval for its consideration of the dividend payout during the AGM.

According to the filing by the company, the book closure period will be from September 24 to September 30, 2025. During this period, the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed.

Shares Price Falls By 0.70%

As of 2:02 PM, the share price of SSWL was down by 0.70%, or 1.70 points, and was trading at ₹242.31. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹246.48 and ₹241.80. The current traded volume stands at 1.19 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹3,835 crores.

The dividend announcement by the company is a welcome step for the investors, as they will get monetary rewards for holding the shares of the company. The dividend announcement also showcases positive cash flows for the company.
