Mumbai, September 23, 2025 – Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (NSE: TCS, BSE: 532540) has informed that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 9, 2025, to consider approving the company’s quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, audited financial results and the declaration of the second interim dividend for shareholders.
The company assured that if the dividend is approved, it will be paid to those equity shareholders whose names are recorded in the Register of Members or are shown as beneficial owners in the depository records as of the Record Date, which is Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
