Mumbai, May 19: Teamtech Formwork Solutions IPO was subscribed 0.35 times on Day 1 of bidding on Tuesday, according to exchange data. The SME public issue opened for subscription on Tuesday and will close on May 21, 2026.
The book-built issue aggregating to ₹50.15 crore is entirely a fresh issue of 79.60 lakh shares. The IPO is priced in the band of ₹61 to ₹63 per share and is proposed to list on NSE SME on May 26, 2026.
