Titan Declares Final Dividend of Rs 11 per Share for FY 25

Bengaluru, June 18: Titan Company Limited (NSE: TITAN, BSE: 500114), a Tata Group enterprise and a prominent lifestyle products manufacturer, has announced a final dividend of ₹11 per share for the financial year 2024-25. This decision was communicated ahead of the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for July 22, 2025.
To be eligible for this dividend, shareholders must hold Titan shares in their demat accounts as of the record date, July 8, 2025. The dividend payment is scheduled to be disbursed to eligible shareholders on or after July 25, 2025, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
