TNPL Declares ₹3 Final Dividend; Shareholders to Receive ₹30 per 10 Shares

Chennai, June 19, 2025 – Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (BSE: 531426, NSE: TNPL) has declared a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (face value ₹10) for the financial year 2024–25, subject to shareholder approval.
Shareholders holding 100 shares will receive ₹300, while those holding 10 shares will receive ₹30, directly credited to their registered bank accounts after approval.
The record date is set as Friday, September 12, 2025, to determine eligibility for the dividend. The book closure period will run from September 13 to September 19, 2025 (both days inclusive).
