Mumbai, 14 July 2025: Shares of Travel Food Services Ltd opened on a positive note this morning, listing at a modest premium on both the BSE and NSE. However, within the first hour of trading, the stock slipped below its issue price of ₹1,100, reflecting cautious investor sentiment following a moderate subscription.
As of 10:53 AM IST, the stock was trading at ₹1,081.60, down ₹18.40 or 1.67% from the issue price of ₹1,100. The total traded volume stood at 32.01 lakh shares, indicating active participation but subdued sentiment post-listing.
Opens Strong but Slides Below Issue Price in First Hour
Travel Food Services shares debuted at ₹1,126.20 on the BSE and ₹1,125 on the NSE, reflecting a 2% premium over the IPO price. Despite the initial optimism, the stock declined quickly to an intraday low of ₹1,086.80, and as of 10:07 AM IST, it was trading at ₹1,090.70, down ₹9.30 or 0.85% from its issue price.
