Bengaluru, July 15, 2025 – TTK Prestige Limited (NSE: TTKPRESTIG, BSE: 517506) has notified the stock exchanges that it has fixed Friday, August 1, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholders’ eligibility for the upcoming 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for the payment of dividend, if declared.
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, and the dividend, subject to shareholders’ approval at the meeting, will be paid starting August 21, 2025.
TTK Prestige share traded at ₹633.50 (1.11% higher than the previous day’s close) at 02:30 PM. The stock reached to a high of ₹634.20 and a low of ₹625.00 by the given time. The overall volume remained decent, as slightly lower than 20000 shares traded by 02:30 PM.
