Fidelity Securities Fund on April 21 has bought nearly 1.8 percent equity stake in Onesource Specialty Pharma, the contract development and manufacturing organization, via open market transactions. Fidelity Securities Fund through its Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Fund has acquired 20.17 lakh shares (1.76 percent stake) for Rs 308.7 crore. The buying price was Rs 1,530 per share.
The company reported a 30.72% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 841.7 crore on a 20.33% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 2,065.2 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.
The tata-group telecom giant posted a consolidated bottom-line of Rs 263.25 crore, compared to Rs 1,040.34 crore in the year-ago period. However, revenue from operations rose 9.4% to Rs 6,554 crore from Rs 5,990 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.
Company reported a 39.63% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹723.06 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q4 FY26). Its revenue from operations jumped 2.47% YoY to ₹6,705.20 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹6,543.56 crore in the March quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q4 FY25).
The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹5,028 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 19% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to the corresponding quarter last year. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter came in at ₹413 crore, up 33% YoY.
