Mumbai, September 29, 2025: Vascon Engineers Limited (NSE: VASCONEQ, BSE: 533156) stock climbed 9.19% to ₹63.20 as of 11:13 am on Monday, following the company’s announcement of a strategic collaboration with Adani Infra (India) Limited. Under this agreement, Adani Infra will act as Vascon’s Execution Partner through an Early Engagement Model for a period of five years.
Vascon Engineers Limited, which was listed on 15 February 2010, engages in residential and commercial real estate activities. It undertakes EPC, industrial, as well as institutional infrastructure projects, all spread across India.

Key Highlights of the MoU
Vascon Engineers Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adani Infra (India) Ltd. as an Execution Partner under an early engagement model for the next five years.
Under this alliance, Vascon would jointly work with Adani from the planning stage until execution on specific approved projects, ensuring enhanced integration as well as efficiencies. At present, three Mumbai projects adding up to around 13.15 million sq. ft. have already been shortlisted under this agreement.
The company expects the projects launched with Adani to generate the equivalent of 30% of Vascon’s annual turnover, which would be a significant addition to the business pipeline. The transaction has been framed as a long-term strategy alliance, and the nature and performance of the deal are to be reviewed once every year.

Vascon Engineers called the joint venture a “giant leap forward” and a long-term strategic alliance that would yield tremendous value to both companies.
