Kolkata, October 3, 2025: Visa Steel Limited (BSE: 532721, NSE: VISASTEEL) closed with a 4.99% surge on Friday, after the company issued an announcement about the Board of Directors meeting on Saturday, October 4, 2025, for considering the fundraising.

According to the exchange filing, the board will consider the issue of funds through the issuance of equity shares, warrants convertible into equity, warrants, or other securities via preferential allotment or other permissible modes as permitted under applicable laws and relevant regulations.

Established in 1996 and listed on March 17, 2006, the company is engaged in the ferro alloys and the steel industry, and is mostly engaged in trading ferro chrome, pig iron, as well as special steels. It falls under the Visa Group of companies, having business exposures in natural resources as well as manufacturing.

Share Price Update

Visa Steel Ltd. closed at ₹45.27 on 3 October 2025, marking a 4.99% gain. The stock opened at ₹45.27, which also stood as the intraday high. The company’s market capitalisation is ₹524.18 crore.
