Brigade Enterprises Q1 Profit Rises 37% to Rs 217 Cr

New Delhi: Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Thursday reported a 37 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 216.94 crore for the quarter ended June.

Its net profit stood at Rs 157.95 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income fell to Rs 1,179.22 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 1,332.86 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.

Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
